As he should be. Waddle is currently WR2 while Ramsey will end up with a gold jacket. Also, Ramsey is the 2nd highest paid CB in the league, Waddle is currently 7th WR in APY (about to be 9th when Chase and Higgins sign).

I think Ramsey is slightly overpaid, I don't think Grier needed to redo that deal. Waddle is currently overpaid BUT his big cap hits don't come till Tyreek is gone and I'm still hopeful that when that day comes Waddle will step up like he has when Tyreek has been out.

Waddle had a really poor year last year, easily his worst as a pro. That will also cloud people's judgement.
yup. big roster issue now too all the $ tied up in WR when we are badly deficient at other positions. different issue, but it is a problem. one of the wr is a headcase, and the other was not very good last year.

It's only for this season though, Tyreek is gone next year and the Eagles and Bengals actually have more tied up in their WR and QB than the Dolphins do. Eagles are "cheating" the cap though and spending money from 2028 and 2029 to get around the issue while I think the Bengals are just planning on trying to score 60 every game to win. I'll be amazed if their whole draft class isn't defense and the Dolphins need to do the same really.

Jaylen Waddle, and it's not even close, I'll pay Waddell before I pay Ramsey, sure Waddell may miss some balls, but Ramsey is getting beat a little too often for my money.

yes plus OL.....agree. Eagles got something out of their investment at least. They went all in and built a solid roster across the board. arguably the WRs not even the strength of that roster. unlike the dolphins they were strong in the trenches, and defensive backfield (because they drafted well). bengals in an interesting spot now. at least along the way when they had those guys on their rookie deals they won playoff games and went to the SB. now will be interesting what happens to that team. they will probably be OK with him, but not good enough. rest of roster wont cut it, organization is also poorly run in my view
