Big Factor Why We're Losing...

I dont think we traded too many draft picks. I think Miami tried to sign bargain basement players, and its failed.

Didn't trade this pick but our owner was
responsible for losing a 1st and 4th round picks.

The trade for Chubb was for a first and 4th rounder
I believe we netted a 5th rounder

The Hill trade cost us a first, second, 2 forth , sixth round picks

What could 3 first rounders,1 second rounder,
4-4th rounders, and a 6th rounder?

With a competent GM it could have produced
much more value than we have right now.
Try to trade Hill right now, with his bloated
contract, You think you''ll get 5 draft picks
for him? Not to mention that contract/albatross
around this teams neck.

Do you think those 9 draft picks would/could
have helped us with this hypothetical situation?

We had the opportunity to drive down the field, eat up clock, and close out the game, we went 3 and out.

Offense looked non-chalant...play calling was mid....

There has to be a sense of urgency on that last drive like, Hey guys, if we don't move the ball down the field, and kill the clock...we will lose this game."

We went 3 and out, put the pressure on our defense to stop Kyler Murray, and that was ball game.

No way was this D going to stop the Cardinals....after the Safety, the whole game shifted.

Too many bad snaps & fumbles by Tua.
I've seen several people say "we went 3 and out" on our last drive, and I have to wonder if you actually watched the game. We had an 8-play drive that lasted 3:46. Tua threw a dart to Smith on 3rd and 12 to extend the drive. On the final 3rd down, I don't think we were prepared for the blitz, and it threw the play off. Arizona started at their own 11 and the defense should have made a stop and closed out the game.

The philosophy of the front office is wrong. They went into win now mode and tried to buy a championship, unfortunately we caught the injury bug last season and it didn't work.

You have to draft the BPA at the highest paid positions such as WR, CB, DE, LT, DT, in the first two rounds every year and you can get quality free agents at S, LB, OG, C and RB "Derek Henry" for significantly less. There will always be an exception at times but this is the blue print if you want a consistent playoff team.

The huge contracts we have at QB, WR, DE, and CB has handicapped this roster and is the reason there is no depth behind the starters.

We had one starter on the Dline yesterday and the defense fell apart.

I'm not even going to get into coaching and play calling or maybe I will briefly. This team has three solid RBs the goal of this offense for the rest of the season should be to get each of them them at least ten touches per game!

No question Miami lost a lot of talent this offseason.

The teams that are able to lose talent and stay competitive usually have one thing in common, stability at head coach and a great play at the quarterback position.

So, the "pendulum" has swung from Flores to McDaniel?

I don't believe you, because you are calling for a worse coach than Flores was.
What a weenier you are.
Yes, it does rhyme with whiner, so there is that. - LOL

I have felt, and stated in some of my posts, that what the Dolphins needed to do to be successful would be to score in every quarter. Yesterday, for the first time in quite a while, they did just that! I suppose I could have been more specific and said those scores should not have included touchbacks. - LOL, COL

I am actually beginning to believe that the "Lemmings" here stay with this team just so they can complain! What the hell kind of a fan is that?
The whole problem was the extra 2 points we scored in the 3rd QTR. Yea, we scored them for Ariz. I stand with what I said, this team is soft. IMO that's on Mr Capri pants. The inability to make adjustments when a defense is closing off what you like to do is very alarming. I 'feel' like there is too much raw talent on this team to be this lackadaisical in the 'on field' product. The defense is trying but with all the missing pieces from last year they are in over their heads. The offense has to put more points on the board. Been a long time fan, since Joe Auer ran the first one back. The 'lemming' is in your pants.

We are not talented at all at TE and not talented enough at WR. Tua is good but sucks when he is blitzed. He is sloooow and can't find the hot read. Throwing sideways was a joke. We stopped running as much in the second half. I like physical WRs who can compete for jump balls. Waddle is not reliable. We have shrimp size playmakers. Reek has not been the same since the Tenn. game last year when he was injured.

Ramsay hasn’t underachieved… dudes having a good year
Ramsey is literally the only defensive player that's making plays on a weekly basis.

I hope we get like a 2nd or 3rd for him and get out of his contract.

we're losing cause we're not a very good team
I think many fans here just had too high of expectations. We wouldn't be this bad if Tua hadn't missed time, but we weren't ready to contend for a Super Bowl yet either.

He wishes! - LOL

I said it last year and ill say it again. We mon many games last year we shouldnt have THANKS TO THE DEFENSE. Tua was carried by the defense last year A LOT.
Sadly the idiots at helm didnt see it this way and let go core elements of that defense like wilkins, Van ginkel and howard.
This year you now pair the mediocre reality that Tua is with a subpar defense and the result was actually predictable.

BTW …. No one is really laughing at or giving the middle finger now at Vic Fangio right?
Because he was completely spot on last year in blaming the offense 😁😁
Wow is that delusional.
