Big Fish: The TRUTH about Kindley. (now with link)

What I got from that video is that Ereck Flowers was terrible. From 9th overall pick to being traded for a swap of 7th round picks.....

Hopefully this will set the kindley record straight (up to this point in time).

Also sets Hunt straight and stuff on Ahmad. Enjoy....!! Have Fun!!!

He has no room to improve...?

Is that what is being sold/told here?

I want a quotable before I watch the video and comment.

Wow. People actually thought this was negative piece on kindley? That i was bashing him? Not on your life!! This pointed out CLEARLY how well he played last year considering no camp, and being a rookie and not playing on the side he was meant to be on, the one where he played his whole career, LEFT guard. He is the hope and leader and future of this o-line.

I said over and over hunt was the one with taking plays off and wrong feet and not getting things done in the second level and letting his guy get to close go the qb on a regular basis (which is why he now is a guard). And (as the video shows) kindley never stopped and never could find enough guys to block, pancake or harrass on the line or out in the second level.

All the "he's lazy, bad feet, can't pull or get to the second level, clearly not an nfl guard was all rubbish but at the same while praising hunt as the new best thing at rt tackle in the nfl.

Just Amazing that some can't see whats presented in front of their eyes. Or won't see.

The first two minutes made me grin. This guy just raved about how Kindley and Hunt would be together forever.

It's tough when you start with a miss.

Remember- they were rookies!!! They played well for rookies.
Iā€™ll accept that they played okay as rookies but overall the OL was substandard last season. There was little room for the RBā€™s because the OL was constantly being stuffed by the defensive lines they played against.
The pass blocking was barely adequate. While inconsistent play can be expected from an OL that has 3 rookie started. The reality is they need to see vast improvement from Kindley, Hunt, and Jackson in 2021 or else it will be difficult to replicate the 10 win season they had last year.

I think "vast" is a bit of an overstatement, and I believe, without a doubt in my mind they will improve to the point of being a solid unit.

Offseason, NFL level strength training, and experience should improve the run blocking, and most of the pass pro issues had to do with stunt and blitz pickups, which always takes time to come together to function as a unit.

I just can't see how our offense won't be better with Tua now having experience, and 8 months to reflect and work to improve, the addition of some serious speed at WR, and hopefully better health in general.

There is no reason to believe the defense will miss a beat either. In fact, with the added talent, and a year under our young guys' belt, we should be a nightmare for DCs on the schedule.

No my brother, ten wins is the absolute floor, IMO.
