Bills 6, Pats 6, Jets 2, Miami 0

And if Miami would have gone out and thrown a lot of money, most people here would be screaming at them. I never expected a big splash from them this year. That will probably be next year.
Nothing more FinHeaven (or any other fan site) than complaining about relying too much on free agency for years now and then complaining when the team doesn't do more on the first day of free agency.

No one in FA is worth overspending for. Time to just make small signings, and get ready for the draft.
Time to just get ready for 9 wins and to be in the same exact boat again next year you mean?

Even with a solid draft I don't see this team being capable of winning 9 games. I mean I guess a miracle could happen and they end up playing the easiest schedule in the league, like 2024, but that is unlikely to happen. Should have just moved on and hired a new GM. 2025 was going to be a down year no matter what, so might as well got the jump on rebuilding/retooling or whatever you want to call it. Then prepare to go get your new QB in 2026,

I'm not a fan of Grier by any means but winning day 1 of FA is usually a bad thing.

Was looking at '25 and who we're playing. I know sometimes the schedule looks harder than it ends up being and vice-versa but looking at it, I think the home schedule is tougher than the road schedule. I tried putting them home and then away in the order of difficulty. Tell me if you agree or not. Our schedule differs from Buffalo in three games- they get the 1st place teams in the AFC South and West (Houston/KC) and we get the 2nd place teams (Indianapolis/LA Chargers) and in the 17th game, the AFC East hosts an NFC East team, slotted in that place from a year ago. Buffalo gets Philadelphia, we get Washington. (leaving the Jets with Dallas and New England with the Giants)

Definitely would agree that most of the tougher games are at home. Looks like the Jets and Patriots will be improved. The Steelers will still be a tough game. Panthers will most likely be better. The Browns are a mess. The Colts look like they will be below average. The Falcons are another team that will most likely will be improved. The home games look like a gauntlet of teams that will most likely be better that the Dolphins. Only exception being the Saints. If I had to predict a record now I would say between 4-13 and 7-10. Your order of difficulty looks about the way I would rank them. Only difference is I might rank the Jets and Patriots ahead of the Colts.

Patriots got much better on defense. offense still will suck. jets are a joke and bills will win the division again... can we skip to '26 please? ugh next year is gonna suck. 8-9 ish incoming
