The Bills were second in the league in rushing last year. They are a running team. I believe that our tackling issues rested mostly on our starters. I didn’t notice many broken tackles by the pats last week with our second string Linebackers in the game. As you have stated, we must wrap runners up quickly. Yards after first contact will be a very telling stat after it’s all said and done.

They threw for the 5th fewest yds last season. Yes Manuel was hurt, but I don’t believe they will be looking to light us up Sunday. Their Qb’s were hit more than ours, but gave up 10 less sacks. That is still really bad, lol. In passing situations we can take advantage of their suspect o line, but watch for the screens on 3rd down.

I believe our o line will have a huge test against this bills team that was second in total sacks last year. Led the league in tackles, and allowed the 4th fewest passing yds. I do not want to play this team. They are our biggest matchup nightmare. If the Bills can find a passing game this season then look out league.

What are they horrible at? Defending the run. They gave up the 5th most rushing yds last year. Run it often Miami. Limit turnovers. Take the underneath, and forget about the deep routes unless it’s just obvious. They are a tough team, will we be tougher. Forget about past records in this game. The bills are a very good team looking for a passing game to be an elite team.

Bills ARE a tough match-up for Miami, but everyone should stop and ask this question:

Were the Bills a worse match-up w. last year's OL or this year's OL?

The answer to that one is pretty easy. So this year will not be as bad as the epic beatdown administered to the Miami OL by the Bills DL.

Worse game I've ever seen Miami play, btw. Last year in Buffalo. Miami's OL was like two year olds playing varsity high school. And Tanny was free game: smash at will.

Buffalo's line IS a tougher match-up than NE's...likely the toughest we'll see...but this isn't the same Dolphins of recent years past. Lazor brings a swagger, toughness and creativity Sherman couldn't even read about. It's slowly spreading. I'm not calling for an automatic win like I did last week...I expect a VERY tough game, but I think we separate by a couple scores before it's all over.

Could go the other way too, and I wouldn't be surprised. Bills - Dolphins is a long-standing rivalry that you can NEVER predict...no matter how good/bad either team is...you just NEVER know.

that was then this is now.last year i was 10 pounds lighter
 
with the large amount of change for the 2014 Dolphins it would be a mistake for Buffalo to assume things will be the same as last year.
 
The oc is way better way more intuitive...it's not gonna be a meet me at the qb all day this time like last year...I would bet my life on that...the tackles are too sound technique technique and lateral short area quickness wise...

Buffalo has one of the better OL in the entire league. Just FYI.

I honestly didn't watch much of the offseason for the dolphins. Where did you guys pick up these all star tackles?

Not the worse game ive ever seen that 62-7 beating was worse
