The Pats aren't dead yet... They are 40 million under the cap next year and have their usual large haul of draft picks in hand. They will get 2-3 high compensatory picks this year as well.

Look how fast we went from horrible to where we are now... we had cap space and draft picks... which the Patriots have now that they are not paying Brady.

They also had several people sitting out this season due to covid.

Yeah, maybe not the whole NFL but they will be our perennial completion in our division. Were not going to just be a heir to that throne cause the jets are hideous and Pat's are in rebuild.

See Bill's age and whether he retires. Also, winning that many games without Brady is a question. Dolphins and Bill's look to be near the top of the league for yrs to come so there is no beating on the sisters of the poor. No reason at all to believe Trevor L is going to make them a winner when their front office and coach is Trash.
