Maybe you haven't been following Defensive MVP candidate Jason Taylor lately. This is not week 2. Daunte isn't going to be in to take 20 sacks again. Taylor is the gold standard for DEs in the league right now. This game should be a good one.

Taylor is a great DE, but who's tied for the sack lead in the NFL right now. I'll give you an hint. He doesn't play for the Dolphins.

Shawne Merrimen and Schobel are tied with 12.5 a piece, with Taylor having 11.5

that is true, 2 in garbage time agenst the backup QB. but he did get a sack on pennington when it did matter a lot.

he was dominating D'Brick all day.

Let's not include a guy who was suspended for roids in this discussion. This is simple guys.. Taylor > Schobel. It's a no brainer. Let's not stop at sacks, let's compare interceptions, forced fumbles, and touchdowns while we're at it. Schobel might get some sacks but he won't get the field day he had while Daunte was limping around the pocket in week 2. The line has been protecting much better as well.

If by being a much better player you mean a guy who constantly whines and gets frustrated easily.....then, when he is getting dominated, he comes up with some mystery injury that takes him out of the game, but never shows up on an injury report.......then yes, he is better.

He has been doing what he has done for years, even thought he is on an enemy team, you have to give him credit. But i agree, he does whine alot.

Schobel has no td's, no int's, and only 3 forced fumbles.

Compare that to the 2 TD's, 2 int's, and 9 forced fumbles that Taylor has and the .5 sack difference is nothing.

Only Bills fans would think Schobel is better.
