Here's how we will win on Sunday
1. Minimize the pen. I was watching the Falcons game yesterday and cringe when I saw their first drive, two roughing the passer, ouch!

2. Put pressure on Freotte. Two games in a row he as complete less than 50% of his passes. So put a lot of pressure on him and force him throw bad passes. Hopefully our CBs will take of the rest.

3. Stop McMichael, so far he has 3 td and is lethal anywhere on the field. Put double cover on him. I'm not that worried about Chambers as Clements should be able to take care of him.

4. The Fins have been good at stoppning the run, 3rd best so far with 76.3. So it crucial to get the passing game working against their weak cb. I'm not saying we are going to pass 45-50 att. but if WMG is stuffed on 1st or 2nd down we need to get the short passing game working.

5. Stop the run and force them to throw. The last game againts panthers Brown tore up the field and Freotte had just 33 passes.

6. It may sound like contradiction to point 4 but WMG need +25 carries this game. Don't abandon the running game if he has 30yds after 2 qrts. Keep pounding and there d# will break and we will get Evans and Moulds open downfield.

7. Watch out for those sacks, fins will exploit our weak o-line if given a chance. Don't hang on too ball too long. Short passes and quick handoffs will get them to backoff. If we're calm we will get a chance to throw long bombs in the 2nd half.

What a statement about Chambers. And the sad part is that it's pretty on-target. Chambers needs to start dominating games by himself. We need a 12-catch, 240-yard, 3 TD game out of him. Then we won't hear anything about one guy shutting him down in the future.

If they start Holcomb, that makes me a little nervous, he had some huge games for a very bad Browns team.

Yep, and Moulds and Evans will be up against probably the weakest part of our team. If we put too much emphasis on stopping them, then McGahee runs rampant. This is the week where we need to see the offense really step up and give the defense a cushion.

Yeah man, that has me a little anxious myself... An accurate pocket passer who isn't going to get rattled real easily.

Don't be, he was REALLY inconsistent too. And like I said, all he did when he was subbed in last week was go 3-6 for like twenty yards and get sacked and fumbled.

I agree but I also think that this is the week that our secondary has to step up and make some plays, besides Schulters...

All I know is that the Boys better be taking them as seriously as the rest of the games we've played. We have a real opportunity here!!

Madison's having a stellar season so far, believe it or not. TD is playing well also. Burnt toast Howard won't be giving any big plays up if he isn't on the field.

You can't go by last week. He had some huge games for a horrible Browns team, he is better then Losman right now, and gives them a better chance to win. I would much rather see Losman start.

Have you watch Madison this year? He does not tackle, makes dumb penaltys, and Steve Smith made him his Bit**!

I'm just saying, Holcomb being Holcomb is better for us than you think. He's NOT mobile like JP, which means we don't have to spy all day and can take full advantage of having the luxury of Saban's blitz package. I'm not worried. He may get a bomb or two on us, but nothing GAME changing.

He made HOWARD his *****. Yes he made that ONE dumb penalty but that doesn't make his season. He also got tripped up by Tillman on that bomb to Smith.

It's all wishful thinking. :goof:
