If Bill Parcells leaves the Dolphins, we all HAVE TO blame Wayne Huizenger. I find it very curious the he signed Bill with the understanding that Bill could opt out of the contract if the team is sold and then sells the team less than 1 year later. Can anyone please give me a reason why he would do this? I think he wanted to raise the value of the team so he can sell it and make his prophet because he knew he was getting out. Bill Parcells is not at fault here, Bill is just being Bill. The only way I believe Parcells will stay is if he Wayne Huizenger and Stephen Ross stand together and say Bill Parcells is staying.
 
Clauses are put in contracts to sweeten said contract to get said person in. Have you considered that Parcells demanded that clause in the contract? So, if Wayne DOESN'T put in that clause, we don't have PArcells, Ireland, and, Sparano....Not to mention a number of key players.

As for the selling of the team, that's being done because of the vast increase in the capital gains taxes coming with the present Presidential administration. The guy wants to make money, not lose it.

Ross Should Just Tell Bill To Come Out And Squash This Rumor Atleast Till The Seasons Over We Do Not Need The Distraction And Its Simply Just Taking Away From Wat Our Headline Should Be This Week. "2008 Afc Divisional Champions"! Period. Bill Should Squash The Rumor Jus So We Can Make This Push The Way We Have All Year -lowkey And No Deistractions- Come On Bill Do That For Us Atleast If You Plan On Bailing Like Nick Satan.!
 
Yeah, it's Wayne's fault.

Who the hell wants to be in the playoffs as AFC East Champions when we can be battling to get to .500 ball for the next 4 years instead. :rolleyes2:

NO. Blame OBAMA and his tax plan. Mr. H didn't become a billionaire making dumb business decisions. Selling the team after Obama's tax hike takes effect would cost him millions. Mr. H said he would do this before the election if Obama was elected. So, I guess you can also blame all of the Fin fans who voted for Obama, too. Mr. H won't be the only business owner opting out of the economy - look for a lot of businesses to shut down or move overseas.
 
Am I the only one who thinks that Bill Parcells job is pretty much done here anyway? The only way Bill leaving really hurts is if he brings everybody with him like he did Dallas. Ireland I could see following and that would surely hurt but I really think Sporano stays no matter what and after what the whole team and staff went through this season, I dont see assistants going anywhere...

If Bill leaves by himself, I have no problem with it. If he takes everybody with him, well there's a movie title that comes to my mind starring uma thurman...

OTOH......

Notice how BP has made himself scarce throughout the season. He purposely has done so to keep the focus away from himself and on those he hand picked to lead the team.

For him to say ANYTHING at this point would prove more of a distraction than remaining silent.

GOT A POINT.... I SEE WAT U MEAN... OR HOW BOUT HE ADRESSES THE TEAM DIRECTLY AND TALKS TO THEM LIKE GROWN *** MEN AND LETS THEM KNOW WATS GOIN ON AND NOT EVEN SPEAK TO THE MEDIA... UR RIGHT.
 
Wayne made this known ahead of time that if Obama was elected, he would complete the sale before he takes office.

We're not AFC Champions yet. But I can smell it in the air so it must be getting close.
