I really don't care what he believes in as long as he can suit up and play. He is key to our run defense.

I gotta say, the guy won me over. William Hayes was an underrated older DE who was very good vs. the run and pretty decent in pass rush as well. Just what we needed. And he came in and was an ideal veteran, no problems, helping everyone, creating unity in the locker room. He's also the guy who pushed the staff to get Robert Quinn and Kendall Langford (again), so I'd say he has been a fantastic addition.

I remember him on Hard Knocks. I think they even took him to a museum to show him dinosaur bones and he said they were fake, lol!

This guy was lights out every time he hit the field last season. Would love to see more of him.
