Blinders are what people on this site are wearing...
Anyone who watched the game...not the play-by-play on the internet, not stats after the game...but ACTUALLY watched the game, would have to be lying to say Harrington played well today. Harrington did not do a thing in this game until there were 9 minutes left on the clock and the score was 20-3. He was inept. How about the pass on 3rd & 2 before the tying FG attempt that landed out of bounds??? What was that?? How about the interception to Hobson??? If Culpepper threw that pass, people would be outside his house with pitchforks.
In the last two games, Harrington has barely thrown a pass over 15 yards. In two full games. Disgraceful.
I was thrilled with our acquisition of Harrington during the offseason. I thought it would be great to have two starting-quality QBs, considering the Phins have not had one since Marino "retired". But facts are facts. Harrington has been terrible. Four ill-timed interceptions in two games. One garbage-time TD. He has been no better than Culpepper, no matter what people on this site say. I would argue that he has been worse. Let's remember...Culpepper was turnover-free in his last two starts. Give me a sack over an interception any day.
