Did any of you see the replay of that that was shot from the end zone camera? I think it was either McKinney and Hadnot or Hadnot and Carey that opened up a MONSTER sized hole on the right side. Did you all see that? That was the first time in a few years now that I can remember a TV replay being shown of our line that had near PERFECT blocking on it. Usually I'm watching teams like the Chiefs get those replays.

Did you notice chamber holding 35 yards from the line of scrimmage? I wanted to choke him but he didnt get caught for it :). WHEW!

I saw Chambers blocking very well the whole game. For all the critisism Chris takes on this message board, I would just like to say his blocking was very important on alot of the positive runs we had!

i didn't really see a hold on chambers on that play.

what i notice is the FB picking up a LB.

carey turning his guy out successfully and he got help containing him by a pulling jeno james.

rex hadnot picking up the MLB and just engulfing him (nice job rex).

but most of all, when ronnie hit the hole, he turned on some afterburners and left the front 7 in his wake. that really made the play. if he wasn't so quick, darren howard or #52 were right there to stop him.

i agree, i didn't really see a hold and he helped ronnie pick up another 10 yards, because ronnie trailed his lead. good recognition and instincts by chambers to get ahead of the play.

if mike mckenzie wants to keep backtracking like a pansy, and try and draw a hold that's his own problem.

If that is how you want to rationalize chambers grabbing mckenzie's jersey then I hope that work out for you, but it was a hold and a dumb one at that.

I think chambers played a great game all in all. Just that one play bugged me.

anyone see how many blocks seth mckinney whiffed on? some of them are kind of funny.

rationalize nothing. mckenzie was backing away from the play and chambers is shadowing him. calling holding on that would have been ticky tack to the nth degree.

Yeppers ... I remember seeing one where it looked like he was launching himself at the defender ... too bad he missed.

i know i'm poking fun but that **** started to get hilarious. there are 3 moments on nublar's highlight reel alone.

But why even give the ref option of calling a hold on you? That is the point, ticky tac or not it was a dumb move.

I don't really want to argue over it. Chambers didnt get called for it and even if he did get called the run would have been a 25 yard run instead of 35. So it's not that big a deal.

no, you're right, it's not. i still don't see a hold besides him putting his hand on mckenzie's elbow and then taking it away. he wasn't exactly changing mckenzie's direction, just shadowing him. mckenzie was getting out the way it seemed.

so they could have called holding on where he put his right arm, but i didn't see any real holding.

we saw two different things i guess. have a good night.

I saw that hold. :) I said, out loud, "Easy Chambers. Jesus!" I didn't want that run called back.

I also saw that HUGE hole on that run. Once again, it made me speak out loud. I believe I said something like "You could drive a truck through that hole!" Miami blovked really well that game.

I remember 1 of the Brown (I believe) runs, McKinney was running along side him. I actually was giving McKinney some credit, figuring he had to throw a block to help Ronnie out. Then I saw the replay, and somehow he lunged at a couple of defenders and "whiffed" on them both. Got a good laugh out of it, anyways. I will give him credit, the effort was there, just not the talent.
