NOTE: This theory supposes we win out otherwise the point is obviously moot.

Part of the advantage of not getting much respect or flying under the radar, if you will is that teams aren't all that jacked up to play you so you can pull off some wins there. Unlike the Pats. The rest of the league is smelling blood in the water and licking their collective chops to finish off Brady and the Gang.

Pats Remaining Schedule
Dec 13 Carolina 1:00pm
Dec 20 @Buffalo 1:00pm
Dec 27 Jacksonville 1:00pm
Jan 3 @Houston 1:00pm

The games i highlighted could very well be the difference in the division. You know buffalo will be more jacked then they were to see us come in there and we all know how hard it is to win in Houston so it will be easier to win the division then to get a wild card in my opinion.

I dunno. One thing the Pats don't have is injuries. I believe they have zero injured starters, which is unusual for this time of year. Belichick is trying to crack the whip. We'll see how they respond.

Carolina is lousy and the Patsies always have Buffalo's number. How Jaksonville plays in the cold is anybodys guess and @ Houston could be interesting but the Pats are clearly the better team.

Houston might be able to pull it off IMO....think of what our recieving core did to them....

I can tell you that the Jaxonville game will be more of a difference than the Houston game. If New England loses to Jacksonville, not only are they risking losing the division title, but they would also be risking losing a wildcard spot.

The Patriots are 0-5 on the road this season. The only "road game" they won was in London against Tampa. Don't think that Buffalo and Houston will not be tough games, especially in light of the fact that there are cracks in the foundation lately. Let's just see how good a coach Bellichick is because he needs to get that team turned around mentally.

The best Free Agent acquisition the Trifecta has brought in.

agreed. I havent really been paying attention to starks much on the highlights but going back and watching the replays, this guy is pretty much impossible to block.. why isnt this guy getting more attention?

i LOVE this guy starks. If we get a guy like Cody or D. Williams, imagine our Dline rotation, 6 deep and very very talented. Starks, langford, mcdaniels, Merling, Cody/Williams?, Soliai. Young and talented, i dont see any needs there for a long time with a starting NT added..

I think if we draft a young kid, we will have 2 starting NTs.

I think if we are 2 deep at every position on the D-line, we can be unstoppable. I think Soliai is starting caliber and could be very good in the near future.
