Oh Yes. OP is absolutely right. Everyone is overrating the talent on this team, Lazor, Campbell, etc. They ****ing suck. It is time for a rebuild. We do have a few talented players to build with at least but nowhere near enough to be a playoff team.

I'd love to see Campbell stay but understand he won't. Ross has been a complete and utter disaster in the hiring process. He needs to step away and let the football people do their jobs and hire an experienced, proven head coach. The search should be done in private and conducted behind the scenes, and not a reality show conducted by the media. No more assistants, no more learn on the job guys. Ross is totally to blame for this mess, and now he needs to be big enough to accept he's in over his head. The great owners allow their people to do their job and not try to micromanage them. Now on to the NFL draft. Who do we suck for?
Clone Rashad Jones, Jarvis Landry, and Lauren Tannehill. The rest can get bent.
