We can all safely assume that Joe is done in SoFlo which brings me to this poll. Since we have all been through the Ireland stays, Sparano goes, Joe stays Ireland goes scenarios in recent years.
With the (Pretty much all agreed) good jobs by Hickey and Lazor, should we do another mix and match with the new HC and retention of these guys, or just blow it up and start completely over?

Whatever it takes to win. Philbin has to go. I like him but nothing has changed. Does that mean Hickey is gone too? If he is they better sign a GM who can do something.

Mediocre for too long.

Blow it up. Keep the QB and the 2014 draft class. Everyone else needs to audition for their jobs the next 2 weeks.

Ross waited to get Hickey after many didn't want the job who were interviewed. He was like one of the last choices, which is sad. I'm positive Ross wanted someone higher up the list and then settled for the Hickster. It's ok with me though. Hickey has done a great job, and he has been in waiting for a head GM job. And if he's anything like me, when you get that chance you nail it. I think he has done that in one year. So I'm good for making a list of coaches with similar winning traits, and then weed them out as someone who would be ok to slide in and work with Hickey and at the very least, consider keeping Lazor. Because in another year Lazor could be very very good.

Blow it up. Total rebuild.

And no, Hickey didn't do a good job. This was an extremely talented draft and free agent class. Despite dropping +$70 million and having all of our draft picks, we walked out of it with a right tackle and slot receiver. That's just not going to cut it. And its damned foreboding of whats to come if this draft/free agent class isnt as deep and talented.

If we are going after a proven great coach like Harbaugh, give him the ability to work with the people he wants to. In Harbaugh's case he'll probably bring along a former 49'er like Scot McCoughlan or Tom Gamble, both of whom have extremely high reputations. Even if McCoughlan isn't over his alcoholism, he will leave this team stacked before he self-destructs. Our ****ing offensive line will be fixed at the very least.

sack everyone from gm to runningback coach, or nobody

There is no foundation to even blow up. There is not one franchise coach or player on the team.

I have seen 0 reason to get rid of Hickey. He was done a good enough job that I would just go to him and say, "it's your call...you have the reigns now"...and just get out of the way. Of course Ross will **** it up...

Only reason would be if the coach you really want doesn't want to work with Hickey. Even though I like him, Im not willing to sacrifice a getting the coach we want for an unproven Hickey.

Keep certain pieces, let certain people go.

Philbin and Coyle gotta go, trade Wake for a 3rd and a 4th/5th(2nd if they can), let Starks walk in FA, Wheeler/Ellerbe gotta go, Satele gotta go(move Mike back to C).

Resign Odrick and Clay

Sign JPP, KJ Wright, Mark Ingram, and a RG.

Draft OL, DT, LB, CB, WR, RB, TE

New coaches. Let Hickey choose a head coach and let that coach get his staff. I think hickey did a good job last offseason. Its coaching not personnel for the most part

I say definitely new coaches, but I would say when looking for a new coach unless it is one of the big names like Harbaugh, I would brainstorm with the coach and make sure they aren't looking to bring some new scheme that dosen't fit any of our players. I think that is something that has killed us, new coaches and coordinators that keep insisting on fitting out round pegs into square holes and make them play in schemes and positions that don't fit what they are.
