If the FO feels they need to make a change then they will. However I thought our ST did a pretty good job this year, much better than they did last season.........

Yea they did ok...

Did we allow a Kick return or punt return for a TD?

I dont recall that we did..

I know we had 2 kick returns for a Td...

Ginn had a decent average for a while then started to fall off a bit

If they did allow a TD it was only 1-2 max. Not too many long returns as well.

We had the 2 TD's Ginn got plus had several long returns during the year that got to around mid field.
On Punt returns Bess did little about a 10 yard average at best. Believe we did well on punt coverage too.

I'm always up for an upgrade, I can honestly say I don't know much about the guy but most here have a high opinion of the guy. I think the trifecta need to take the same approach with the coaches as they do the players, " no stone unturned " always look for an upgrade to an extent. That doesnt mean I wanna see us changing coaches every yr but if we have a weakness it needs to be addresed.
