Boston.com Predicts Patriots will will 2015 Superbowl

Holy ****. Some of you are worse than the Patriot articles, considering your incessant and unnecessary need to dwell on them like a scorned lover. At least they have the decency to keep their opinions within their own realm.

time for a merge...

And a move. These threads belong in the Beasts of the AFC East, NOT in the Miami Dolphins forum.

They weren't going to the super bowl even if someone never mentioned it. Denver is in the drivers seat and they'll play each other this year so unless Peyton Manning gets hurt, Pats have no chance.

They're on my short list.

As I see it, Seattle has to be the overwhelming favorite right now, but from the AFC it's definitely got to be Denver or NE. They're top 3.

lol wat

The Patriots own Manning. How does that statement even make sense? Denver has never beaten a Patriot team with Gronk on the field, and the Patriots historically beat Peytons face in. The Patriots combined for like almost 150 points against Denver their three prior games before the AFC Championship.

So because Denver beats a badly injured Patriot team on fumes, at home, in the AFC Championship, before getting a historic beat down by Seattle, they're now the class of the AFC?

Too much ESPN, buddy

Tom Brady is the only quarterback who can move the ball against Seattle. The Patriots only lost by 1 point in Seattle's Legion of Boom two seasons ago, with the worst secondary in the league secondary and with a botched safety instead of field goal to close the 1st half.

Media beloved, Rodgers and Peyton, look pathetic against Seattle.

If the Patriots are healthy, and we can finally see Brady to Gronk in the play offs, they're going to be hard to keep up with

Pats are not good enough to win the SB IMO.

While still good, Brady, is definitely on the decline. I don't like their offense that much.

Their D is much improved but I don't see them being great on either side of the ball. I don't see them beating a team like Seattle.

With that said I don't think the AFC is all that tough so assuming they're good enough to win the division they have a great shot of getting to the AFC title game. The only team I really like over them is Denver, i'd like Cincy as well if they had a better QB.

The Pats are in sole possession of last place in the East.

LUV IT :brewskis:
