Boston Regaining Old Form

Im happy D-bo is saying hes happy to be here. Last time he was happy to be someonewhere he was a major factor. I wont say he'll lead the nfl in rec. yards again but no reason he wouldnt cause fits if he plays motivated. Lets go D-bo!

I must say, that reading that article..well ....I got a little excited....yeah that type of excited. :hide:

Why wasn't he on the field during the little scrimmage? It's kinda weird

Boston has a chance to be NFL Comeback Player of the Year if his head is on straight. It looks like he might have finally found a happy medium between his devotion to fitness and diet and his football. There have been no whispers about his weight and the article certainly contained praise from Saban.

I am not hating on David, lets just make it to the season, and hopefully he stays healthy, and puts his skills on the field for the whole season.

If healthy our recieving core can be great. Chambers and Booker potentially can be one of the top duos in the leauge. Potentially Boston can be the BEST #3 WR in the leauge. Potentially Thompson can be the BEST #4 WR in the leauge. Then we have guys liek Welker,Gilmore,Newson,Davis etc for great depth.

Ya i kno, theres a lot of potentials, but im just it throwing out

I hear you! We just have to wait and see how things work out.

That is good news. I haven't really heard a whole lot from Boston since he came here. I really hopes he stays healthy, I want to see what he can do.

Im not sure what everyone else thinks but i believe Boston can still be a major force in this league. Maybe not probowl type numbers or the type of season he put up in arizona but he will still be a good reciever hes just too strong fast and athletic not to be if hes healthy. His weight isnt an issue like its been in previous seasons.

Lets just hope his knees stay healthy and not buckle like what happened last year. It wasn't even a contact related injury. If we have another plausable deep thread like Boston, who cares what QB is at the helm!

This is good that he is keeping a low profile - maybe his head will stay into football this year.

David Boston's talent has never been questioned. He's just a "different," guy, not like Ricky, but has an odd personaility. I recall an article by ESPN the mag when he first signed with San Diego, where someone in the medical profession, doubted he'd live to 30 years old. David Boston and Ricky Williams, are bonuses, IMO, they're players that really can't be counted on, but are so talented, that if they do play they'll make a difference.
