I wouldn't worry about which QB is starting. The fact of the matter is that, with the current offense, neither of these QBs will last the season without injury.
A 2.1 yard per carry running game makes the QB a sitting duck. The only other things an offense could do to slow down the pass rush require a level of complexity and execution (screen passes, draw plays, quick slants, etc.) that are beyond the current capabilities of the Dolphins' personnel or coaching staff.
It's just a matter of time before Freeley goes down and Fiedler is back as the starting QB.
