You aren't suppose to keep your job and waste 200 Million dollars. I understand that there were a lot of injuries on this team but I don't think Ireland had one draft pick make a significant impact this year. Jordan was okay but he did not see the field enough. Again. Not one drafted player made a significant contribution. Because of all of that their has GOT to be a change.
