Well Floyd Mayweather Jr. has a date set (Nov. 12th) to fight. His possible opponents are Winky Wright or Zab Judah. My question to you guys (or girls) out there is...

Who would u rather see Floyd fight? I think both fights would be great but I'd rather see Floyd and Zab. I think Winky is just to big for Floyd and I would love to see the speed chess match between Floyd and Zab. I won't complain with either fight but I just think that Winky is to big for Floyd and would handle him with his jab easily. What are you thought and what fight would u guys rather see?

Pound for Pound Pretty Boy Floyd is now the best in boxing. I think you're right about the Zab fight being more exciting, but I want to see him fight Wright.

I agree, Wright is the bigger challenge for Floyd so if he's out to prove something beating Winky proves more then beating Zab IMO. Can't go wrong with either fight. I just think that going up to 54 to meet Winky is to big of a challenge where as he can just go to 47, meet Zab, take the welterweight titles and really have the ball in his court for big match with De La Hoya. We all know how De La Hoya loves titles so if Floyd got the undisputed welterweight titles around his waiste I definitely think De La Hoya would give in and finally step into the ring with Floyd. De La Hoya is considering fighting Zab for that reason alone (because he has the titles). If Floyd has the titles I think that's an even bigger fight, one for the ages!

This is why I'd like to see him fight Winky Wright. I want to see somebody actually beat him. Because right now he looks untouchable (granted Gatti was tailor made for him). That and there'd be a chance that the fight would happen right here in Tampa (even before the smashing success of the Lacy fight and the announcement of Jones-Tarver III, we'd been promised a Winky fight).

But that's a lot of weight to gain. And Floyd likes to stay at 140 even when he doesn't have a fight coming up. The added weight would probably zap some of that speed. So it could possibly be a letdown much like De La Hoya trying to come up and fight bigger guys like Hopkins. Oscar just wasn't made to fight that big.

I think Judah would be the better and more exciting fight. Winky Wright's fights aren't supposed to be exciting.

My bad, the Mayweather fight will take place Nov. 26th. Bob Arum said all the good football games are over at night (it's Thanksgiving weekend) and he thinks the fight will sell well that night because sports fans will have nothing to watch. Nov. 12th is Rahman vs. Klitchsko. On a side not, I hope Rahman knocks his a$$ out!

Andre Ward is officially on the undercard of Jones-Tarver III and Shannon Briggs was just added (he's fighting a nobody). The big fight being discussed on the undercard is a light heavyweight fight featuring Daniel Judah (Zab's brother) and Eric Harding. If they book that fight that's a hell of a night of boxing!
