GOOD READ!

Unlike many. I think it is the best time to be a dolfan. The team are actually getting it together. The philosophical foundation is there, they know what they want, they know who they need and they go out and get it. That has been missing since Jimmah Johnson left the team. Its good to have a plan, let us all just relax and enjoy the ride.

This...and I'm thinking for the first time in a while, the Miami Dolphins have a GOOD plan to succeed.

only thing is we are REBUILDING, now will the dolfans be patient for this process to become a reality? Because I think we are at leas one more off season (FA and Draft) away from building a play off caliber team.

We still need more west coast receivers, saftey and pass rush help. But we are on our way with our new QB. Maybee 2 more years and we really get it going. Patience....

Plans are good. it's about time we actually had one. WCO all the way. Could cause may problems for the defences in our division. Building it this year and next while staying competitive will be a challange but I'm all for it.

Yes. Recievers drafted next year for sure (in one of the first 3 rounds)

Im planning on going to at least one game this year too. Offense has to be better than last year.

Gonna be great to walk with my head up during football season...lol

I think after this year is when our team is going to be gutted with a lot of veterans contracts being up after this season, and the drafting of Egnew and Miller I feel are two examples of getting players to replace Bush and Fasano by next season if not sooner. The key contracts that are ending that we would have nobody currently on the roster to take over are Starks, Long, Hartline and Cam Wake. Sean Smith is on the bubble and I think Bush and Fasono are all but gone after this season. The one that I feel has the most chance to be released before this season starts would be Fasano only if they feel they have an adequate replacement in either Egnew or Clay. I think if Hartline looks good in the west coast offense than I think they will try to extend him in the middle of this season. I think Long will be resigned after this season and I truly think they are going to force Wake to play out his contract than hang the franchise tag on him next season if they can't come to a long term agreement. Starks is the one that I have a question mark on because they may feel they can draft a cheaper replacement than resign him. This doesn't include many other veterans but I feel these are the key players the the the FO needs to make a decision on.
