Have just seen that the Packers cut Brad Bedell. As he did not make their final roster I think that means that we do not get an additional 7th round draft pick next year.
Maybe we then can draft another camp fodder Qb.:rofl3:JAGFISH said:W/ Bedell and Ayanbaydejo <sp> that makes 3 7th rd picks next year. Maybe we use them to get a 6th rder.

Yes, I will not be able to sleep soundly tonight either...who is to say that a 7th round pick may not produce a valuable player though.Saban4prez said:i'd love to consider that a real tragedy...not gaining another 7th round pick...
Not sure that if that is official yet: will likely be a 6th or 7th rounder though.paskerbrandon said:Is that what we got for Ayan? A 7th? Or isnt this offical.

No it doesn't. The condition was that he makes the team in 2004. He did. Whatever happened this year does not affect the draft pick. We still get that 7th rounder from Green Bay.bright-light said:Have just seen that the Packers cut Brad Bedell. How about Ingle Martin from Furman
Where was it said that the Ayanbadejo trade was for a 6th rounder? I have been gone a few days, so I haven't seen the news of what pick it was for.Phinsdude said:I believe they are both 6th rounders. I know Ayenbedejo was a 6th rounder, I thought Bedell was as well.
