Very good question, and so far it doesn’t seem like McD can change the offensive scheme to allow the backup QB to flourish. If that continues to be the case then yes…we will need to find someone with very similar qualities as Tua. And that won’t be an easy find.He is a Day 3 roll the dice guy, like almost the entire QB class.
The investment in the late round QB is almost never worth it. The guys who have had success are few and far between, with Tommy skewing the numbers.
My question is will Miami be trying to find a QB with Tua like skills to fit the present offense or can McD normalize the scheme enough that more guys can run it.
