Definetely Landry. However, I do not want to trade up for anybody this year. The exception would be to package some 6th and 7th round picks for a 4th or 5th round pick.
Have to think offense and the future of this team. Since it looks like Green is on his way we need a young pup in the wings. Go after Quinn and go after him hard.
both really, lol. but we need Quinn more than Landry. Quinn can be a franchise QB...Landry can be a franchise FS, sure...but Renaldo Hill is doing just fine back there.
If either of these guys are there when we pick at #9 I think we grab whoever is available. We need a QB more than a d-back, but Landry would be an immediate starter, unlike the guy we drafted first last year. :rolleyes2
The only player worth trading up for is Calvin Johnson. Now I was never a fan of Quinn, but i said if we drafted him I am willing to give him a chance. Its about time we drafted a QB and this is the year we do it. That is my main focus on the draft this year and I know this is the year it gets done.
Id be fine with either...They both have there ups and downs.
Quinn has the characteristics to be great but ive seen his games and when the Irish played a good or great team with a defense...Not only did they lose but Brady himself fell apart....Then again the Irish are not well equipped at the skills positions like other QB's in college did....Can anyone say Peyton Manning?
Laron on the other hand has great safety skills...He also plays on the top tier of college defenses so the guys he plays with are better as a unit and indiviually...Hes a good hitter and ca n cover the deep bomb which this team lacks...He does have a tendecy to be overaggressive and does get beat.
Both of these guys are good players and each 1's downfalls can be corrected from with in the club.
