Heading into the NFL Combine, scouts are undecided on Notre Dame quarterback Brady Quinn. A good workout could change some opinions, but Quinn will need a great Herculean workout to become the first-overall pick, which was one of his three goals heading into his senior season. The other two were win a national championship and win the Heisman Trophy.
"Obviously," Quinn said, "two of the three didn't work out. And that's why I feel so driven, so motivated to be the No. 1 pick. It makes me work harder and harder to be that guy."
I feel an oh-fer coming on. Quinn's the second-best quarterback in the draft but unless JaMarcus Russell and Calvin Johnson re-enroll for their senior seasons, Joe Thomas goes to graduate school and a handful of other guys join the Peace Corps, Quinn won't be the first pick ... and it won't even be close (the Dolphins hope he makes it to No 9).

Hey I like to know how can I get a baseball cap like the one your dog have on.

Thanks

qUINN wants to be the number one pick? Is he even going to perform at the Combine? If he really wants to be the number one pick and his draft status is so "iffy", the logical progression would be to "perform". Given his track record of poor performances in big games, my guess is; the pressure to perform at the combine is too much for this handsome young guy and he won't have the guts to show his skills.

I think that Brady being taken at #1 depends on how much he fits in the needs and scheme for the Oakland Raiders. I know that Russell sounds like the perfect fit, but until the draft day, or the day before nothing really is for sure. I really doubt he will go at #1. But if he really does incredibly well in the combine and workouts, he might go earlier than #9. That would be too bad for the Dolphins, but if coach Cameron and Randy really want him, they can always trade up. I am not a fan of trading up. I think each pick is valuable, but I am a big Brady fan. He has potential. He would be the perfect fit in Miami.

Well he can't do good at combine hes skipping it but there is pro day workouts if he does well there he could go very high alot of time between now and draft many things can change.

Ok, I understand the money and everything else that comes with being the #1 pick. But he really wants to be a Raider? If so, Weis better rethink his smartest QB I ever coached statement.

 There's not a player in the draft that doesn't want to go first. I know I wouldn't wanna play for the Raidas but then again, how much is that #1 contract worth?

I think Quinn is a moron for wanting to be the first overall pick, and quite selfish really. I guess he doenst realize that the overall #1 pick ends up in a craptastic team that doesnt improve for years.

I think his agent needs to drill that into his head. But I guess its good that he wants to bust his butt to be the best, just hope that continues after the draft and through his NFL career.
