Breaking News: Bills Officially Acquire Lb Takeo Spikes

Bengals.com has reported that the Bengals will not match the offer the Bills made on LB Takeo Spikes. As compensation, the Bills will be forced to give the Bengals a first round selection (I presume it is the one that they acquired from the Falcons in the Price trade).
