Dolphins interim coach Dan Campbell expected to make a call today on DC Kevin Coyle. Mike Tannenbaum empowered him to make staff decisions.

Let the vigil start today on whether Coyle is bounced or not.

Well duh, the media state the obvious and people (not talking about you Hayden) report it like gospel

BTW, does anyone NOW question who is in charge of this organization?

To be honest, I thought Coyle would have be canned yesterday.

Looks like they are giving him a legitimate opportunity to take this coaching job long term if he's up to it. At this point that's the best they can do. Decent gamble if you ask me. He has the charisma. Would he hire Scwartz as DC and have him looking over his shoulder? Is it his call on the hire? It would be a gutsy move and say a lot about Campbell's confidence.

I heard he was canned. Heard it on boomer and carton

Campbell said he needed to sort out the coaching staff. Anyone else catch when he said it he stopped because he was ready to say sort this **** out? He caught himself and rephrased it

Campbells PCs will be entertaining for sure.

Doesn't sound like there's been a peep about ditching Lazor. Frankly, I don't think there is much hope of turning this season around unless they can figure out a way to run the ball and take heat off of both Tannehill and the defense, and Lazor has flat out refused to establish the running game.

I cannot describe how much I am pulling for Dan Campbell in this very, very tough spot. I so wish, personally, the best for him.

When Bill Cowher was a young inexperienced coach, he had the attributes we are seeing from Campbell now.

Maybe if we keep Lazor Campbell will enforce him to open up the run game??
