Brees should make Dolphin's fans angry

Well in all fairness, Drew Brees damaged a shoulder a much more vital part of a Quarterback's arsenal. At the time i didn't mind Culpepper OR Brees so i'm not going to rip Saban/Mueller for not taking Brees, and i'm most people were excited about Culpepper as well. This is hindsight, and is stupid. It's not like the Dolphins signed some unproven scrub over Brees. If we signed Bruce Gradkowski over Brees, then i'd be pissed. But you were talking about two damaged goods but very solid QB's and it turned out we made the wrong choice.

No matter how many doctors warned the Dolphins about Brees’ reconstructed throwing shoulder (it was five), it doesn’t take the sting out of watching him roll up MVP-type numbers this year.

Actually it does for me. You have multiple doctors telling you this guy will not be healthy, I don't blame the phins at all for passing.

The REAL mistake on Brees was not drafting him in the first place, but hey, at least we got Jamar Fletcher :(
 
STFU about Drew Brees. If he comes here, who's to say we win three games instead of one last year, and don't get to draft Jake Long? Everything happens for a reason.
