It is better to stick with the QB's we have and continue to draft them in the middle rounds until we can upgrade from RT17.
Competition keep complacency away and always is a good thing. Look for another Wilson or Brady.

I would rather start over with Marrone as HC, Shwartz or Pornstche at DC, and a OC to be named later from Joe Gibbs tree. Hogs and 2 TE and run the dam ball.
