So far the only two about whom I have extreme negative visceral reactions are Allen & Flores.

So it will probably be one of these.

He'll be out in a year or two if we hire him. Probably gets us a franchise QB in 2020 though.

I like the dudes career trajectory -- working his way consistently up through pretty much all phases of operation

from scouting to DC. He's had to have learned a LOT under Belicheat and certainly knows what a winning

program looks like and operates like. He's young and (I assume) has pretty good connections...

For me, I'd be more than OK if we brought him in. Could be perfect timing -- he'll have several years

non pressure to evolve and build his program.

Bottom line -- I like the possibility.

Flores and Grier are ‘Boston Mafia’... came up same way.. schooled in Patriots Way as interns, jr scouts, college scouts in Foxboro. Flo also worked personnel before coaching.

imo the ‘reset’ by Ross way instigated by Beals, who was at the presser last Monday. and Flores’ name was 1st on list.

You absolutely nailed it. DIdn't see anyone else predict Flores being coach earlier.
