Brian griese and bruce Gradkowski Impress

The Bears are my second favorite team, and although they played pretty crapy last night, Griese looked good. He's an underrated QB.

Can anyone who watched the game tell me how Gradkowski looked. I graduated from Toledo last year and would like to keep tabs on him.

I hear Griese is an *******, he thinks he's hot **** because his dad was a great QB.

WOOW griese and Gradkowski had great games!!

WOOW

Keep in mind that it's only preseason but if Griese keeps it up, Grossman should find a nice seat on the bench. I wished we had kept him instead of wasting a 2nd rounder on Feeley. He won a good number of games for the Bucs and played well despite having a cruddy OL.

Gradkowski looked real good. It honestly wouldnt surprise me if he unseated Rattay as Simms' backup, when you add in how good he looked in practice prior to that game as well.

Up until now, Brian Griese was, by FAR, the best QB Miami had since Marino. He was never given a chance by...you know who. Griese can play and I was always disappointed that he wasn't our starter when he was here. He'd have made a big difference. Imagine if Griese had started when Ricky Williams was playing. Our offense would have been much much better. He isn't dynamic, but he can make all the throws and is far more accurate than our past pitiful excuse for signal callers.

Well, he did have Ricky Williams but he didn't have a fair shot either. Had no extensive training camp and had a short preseason. Plus an OL that couldn't block paper and an offensive playcalling by Wanny could score less than some defenses. Even though TB's OL isn't that much better than ours, he still managed to put up good numbers and give em their only wins. I would've much rather seen him given a fair shot the next season instead of wasting a 2nd rounder on Feeley. By sticking with the F QB's (Feeley and Fiedler), Wanny wasted good years off our All-Pro secondary and Seau. Heck, if we didn't land Culpepper and Harrington, I wouldn't mind if we put a flyer on him.

rattay has had a HORRIBLE training camp, and combined with the game against the jets, he could be cut from the bucs. jay fiedler is the 2nd stringer right now, simply because gruden doesn't want gradkowski (or any rookie) to backup chris simms. so even though fiedler hasn't practiced or played, he's not going to be unseated anytime, unless gradkowski just has some AMAZING games. but in reality, he's had a camp similar to chris simms his rookie year; lots of mistakes and gruden has been RIDING him the entire time.
