So many great catches! Its depressing to look back at games we should have won...

Tanny sure does make some great throws.. So looking forward to Lazor working with him!

A lot of those passes RT had room to step into the throw. Very nice to see what can happen if we get our O line to block. That said, Hartline has amazing hands, runs great routes, thankfully he is signed long term.

:hump:

Again the video shows that Tannehill can make all the throws:

- with touch
- with velocity
- out routes
- slants and seam routes
- on the run to the left or right
- After moving in the pocket

And, he looks natural making all the throws.

Let's go Lazor, fine tune his technique. Let's go GM, go get some OL.

Hartline has good hands and guts catching over the middle. But there is room for improvement. He's gotten better, but I hope the new coaching staff can teach him to catch and not immediately fall down. He seems to do this all too often, if not he would have many more touchdowns.

Also after watching again, look how well the protection is in most of those throws. We get a consistent O Line next year, and we're talking playoffs next year gentlemen.

Well since someone asked for a video of all the Tannehill interceptions in the Tannehill TDs thread, and I agreed that it would be nice to see, I guess I'll throw this one out there:

Anyone got a video of all the Hartline drops? :couch3:

He had 9 this season, ironically right behind marshall, welker, bess and bush on the leader board.

I know. The reason I bring it up is that people have been slamming Mike Wallace over and over again, but Brian Hartline really killed this team in a couple of games by flat out dropping balls that hit him between the numbers.

It's troubling, and it's a big reason why I think we need to keep adding pass-catching weapons to this team. I like Hartline, he's done a lot with what he's got, but he ain't great and at some point he's going to have to be Bessed.

Yeah, he had a couple really bad games. It seemed like he had about 8 drops in that buffalo game. I still think he will be Tannehill's favorite target going forward.

Can someone make a video of Hartlines highlights in the buffalo game at the end of the season with the playoffs on the line?

Part of that problem is he doesn't have break away speed. Once he catches the ball, the defense is on him pretty quick. He does try some spin moves, but he doesn't have burner speed or any real "shake & bake" moves. You just have to respect him him for what he is: a solid #2 wide receiver.
