Bringing an Old friend Back? OLB options and DE

I was thinking Damon HUARD is goin to be a potential free agent so we should bring him back and give him his shot(since we dissed him and let fiedler take his spot). Also OLB options, Tony bua?, Adalius thomas, Cato JUNE. And De PAtrick Kerney. Hopefully we get one of these guys.
 
Bringing back Huard is pointless. A handful of good games does not a Championship QB make. That mistake was already made with AJ Feeley, regardless of compensation.

Also, Cato June is not a good fit for this defense. He needs to find a 4-3 team where linebacker size isn't that big of an issue. He would be a great addition if Wannstadt were still here, but he's not and neither is his defensive system.

we have a 3-4 defense right
 
patrick kerney would be absolutely immense for us, he is a top draw player, great motor excellent leadership and again just a really solid consistent good player. though unless we moved him to OLB, which would'nt be very logical as he is an excellent DE and one of the best in the league, there probably is not much need for miami to sign him, even still if we did i would be very very pleased
 
The Bears might ask Ogun to take a paycut or be cut. How about bringing Ogun back.

no freaking way...after Jay took over and went down, Damon was called upon to step in and play, he proved unprepared and incapable of running the game plan for the game. THIS is why he was crap-canned... imo

he looked just like Lucas out there floundering around

I was at the game that Kanasas City played against us. Huard stunk up the joint against us. In fact I thought that Herm Edwards did a lousy job of coaching bby not benching Huard in the 4th quarter and bring in Trent Greene.
 
Yeah I dont see moving BACKWARDS as making FORWARD progression, especially at the QB position.

If I remember right, Trent Green was inactive for that game. Either that, or he was the 3rd quarterback. I don't think Herm Edwards was planning on playing him at all in that game because he was still feeling the affects of that concussion he had in Week 1.
