Broncos cut former Dolphin Akin Ayodele

i watched the broncos game a little while back and god was he slow...it stood out just how slow he was

Broncos have a history of taking former phins haha, Renaldo Hill, Andre Goodman, Vonnie Holiday, and they even picked up Akin LOL. Too bad he couldn't stick.

They must have an NFL scout living in South Florida.

I always regretted letting Goodman walk, thought he was our best CB his final year with us. But he did get paid alot more then i think we would have shelled out. Such a shame, would have been a nice rotation between Goodman, Smith, Davis & Carroll right now.

I am usually not a fan of people saying "Should we sign...." after a player gets cut by another team, but I feel like I should say it here. Should we bring back Akin Ayodele? Edds is out for the season and Crowder still seems to be battling injuries. Ayodele wasn't great, but he was serviceable. I guess it all depends on what the coaching staff thinks of Folsom and Spitler.

Ayodele's play last year got him cut, no way he gets signed back...

Akin has nothing left. It's evident he's lost about 4 or 5 steps, which I think affected his tackling. He started lunging a lot last year, losing his discipline, letting easy tackles get away. He was never very good in coverage and got worse. Got victimized on crossing routes. Always had problems with gap discipline where he picked the wrong hole at times... which is something all linebackers do occasionally but he got us really burned a few times.

Always seemed like a good guy. A professional. But I think it's time for him to hang 'em up.

Never understood why did we let Nate Jones leave we was a great slot and now would have been a great 4th CB.

NO! God he sucks! It took Denver 2 months to figure out what took our FO 2 years to figure out! Akin blows a bench warmer in the UFL at best.
