Props to Brown, and to the coaching staff that purposely kept his carries to a minimum and allowed him to flourish via the Wildcat.

It was nice to see him get a Pro Bowl nod this year, but I expect to see significantly more production in 2009 and beyond.

Man that is fantastic for Ronnie . . . What a year he had coming back from the ACL. Critical part of the team success as well. He is the SYMBOL of the Wildfin !!

I think what you mentioned was key...The staff limited his touches. That was key. He's still wounded, and, was all year.

Is this Penny's first full season?

Nope. He played all 16 in 2006, which is the last time the Jets made the playoffs.

Brown's ability to stay healthy all year long removes another piece of ammunition from the band of naysayers out there.

This, along with his ability to anchor the Wildcat so well and find the endzone with regularity has solidified his role as the team's franchise back. Hopefully, we'll see him improve his play in 2009 and return to his 2007 pre-injury form.

I still want to see him get spelled by Ricky, Cobbs, and Polite, so that his career can be extended, but if he can return to that elite form he showed last year, this guy could end up being a perennial Pro Bowler.

hey guys My radio quit me at halftime but i heard that martin got hurt , so how is he do you guys know how Martin is doing ?

It just annoys me because now people will say that Ronnie can't stay healthy for 16 games while carrying the load but I guess he'll have to answer that one next year.

It's nice to see Brown make it through the season without missing time. All in all I think the staff did a great job of balancing carries and Ronnie came up with some big plays when it mattered.

The CS skillfully, artfully and deliberately played all our players like fine Stradavariuses.. Kudos to them, including the conditioning coaches.

Honestly, who cares what the naysayers say at this point?

The guy is a Pro Bowler who is the centerpiece of the most exciting and innovative wrinkle the NFL has seen in years. He's also helped take his team to the postseason promised land.

I don't have any problem with Brown sharing the load again next year (maybe something like 60% Ronnie, 30%Ricky, 20% Cobbs/Polite). It will help extend his career.

Haven't heard anything but what happened to his neck looked real ugly. Once I saw the replays it was a scary moment for a second but he started moving so that was good news. I wouldn't be counting on him for next week though.

Yes, it was nice to see him stay healthy for a full season. And for all who would like to see Williams gone, it was the rotation of Williams and Brown that allowed both to remain healthy and fresh throughout the season. Big props to both! Also, huge props to our OL for allowing our backs and QB the time and space to do what they needed to do this season. Our future looks very bright!

I just can't help myself. It's my weakness. If someone trashes Ronnie Brown or someone else on the Dolphins I have to defend them. It's nice to be able to point to the facts now to shut them up.

OL was great. I don't remember the Jets getting anywhere near CP.
Apart from the fumble, but that was a pretty big rush with some stunts thrown in.

Best of all was how we moved the ball from the five minute mark. We were pushing them off the ball pretty comprehensively. They knew we were running but couldn't stop us.

Baltimore's front seven next week will be a much bigger test.
