You gotto love these picks. This must have been done by a finfan.

22-The Pick: OG Forrest Lamp, Western Kentucky

Western Kentucky's Forrest Lamp stands 6'4", weights 309 pounds and has 32¼-inch arms. If he was a little taller and a littler longer, no one would question him as the best offensive lineman in this year's class.
The recent success of young guards such as Bitonio and Zack Martin is starting to change that perception, though. Lamp has the same potential as those blockers.

54. Miami LB Jarrad Davis, Florida too many injury on this guy Tim Williams of Bama is better but was picked by Detroit a pick prior.

97. Miami* CB Sidney Jones, Washington ???????WT??? Miami needs help now!

166. Miami DT Jarron Jones, Notre Dame --- if knee checks out ok good player though.

178. Miami* WR Dede Westbrook, Oklahoma --I woulda preferred a bigger and better WR, you now incase DVP doesn't work out. my pick here is Courtland Sutton, SMU

184. Miami* LB Matt Milano, Boston College

223. Miami (from Rams) OT Zach Banner, USC --- not bad but a RB here will suffice

am pretty sure TBaum will find a way to get 4th nd 6th picks by trading next picks.

If we get Sidney jones in 3rd I will give you a BJ and I hope it happens. If jaylon smith gets drafted in 2nd round with worse injury, there is no way jones falls that far. Pats will draft him

Lamp would be a solid choice at 22. Drafting Lamp gives our offensive line the potential to be great, I still believe in Pouncey. If Pouncey can truly get over his hip issue, granted that's a big if, Lamp could give us the NFL's best offensive line. That would be a huge deal for both our offense and our defense, e.g Dallas.

Wow wow wow....Time out

I like it.

I'd take OL with our top 3 picks.

Lol, no need to go crazy, we still do need defensive help. But Lamp in particular has the look of a special prospect that would take our offense to another level. Same with Howard imo, but those are the only two offensive guys we should even consider at 22 with the holes on our defense. But Lamp and Howard could easily be BPA when you really think about it.

I really can't argue about these individual players, but I'm not sure I would draft a CB or WR even in the later rounds. I would load up on LB, Guards and TE's. I think we can pick up another experienced CB after the draft to replace McCain or at least for competition. I still believe Caroo may get another year to learn. If he replaces anyone it might be due to injury, particularly, Parker.
