I just finished watching the current issue of HBO's Real Sports. If you watch the show you know that Bryant Gumbel always makes remarks to close the show. His remarks for this most current installment? He is pleading with the media to stop televising the Gatorade bath. Why? He thinks it's an outdated prank that's done by Neanderthols. Bryant, leave the damned sport and it's traditions alone! Stick to what you do, leave footbal to the men. That;s my take. Next thing you know he'll be asking for a ban on high fives.:shakeno:
 
I didn't see it... what was the deal with the Randy section of the show? Was it all it was hyped up to be? Also, did Gum Ball sayanything about it at the end?
 
I hate both the Gumball brothers.....Bryant has about the dullest expression and least excitement of any broadcaster in sports....how did these bro's get jobs in this profession?? :confused:

i think we all bash on to many people, soon we'll be bashing on ourselves. its cool though, just think it's funny :bry:

Those guys probably were the ones getting picked last at the play ground...if at all!
 
I like Gumbel, but I disagree with the Gatorade splash. That's like tradition, almost as exciting as carrying the coach on your shoulders. Maybe he has something against that? Not sure why it rubs him the wrong way unless Gatorade pulled it's support for his show or something.
