well this isn't really miami dolphins related but if you look at it in a way it can be but just thought I'd try to rbing up something annoying funny to loosin up some guys and make this long season move a little bit faster.

They were talking about the teams that lose in the superbowl and not making it into the playoffs the following year and they were saying what possible thoeries there are for that occuring then Burman (the Primetime guy, hope i got the name right) said but the Bills always came back year after year after losing in the superbowl then young goes ok ok they'll be back theyll be back there some day and irvine goes they'll circle the wagon again and burman got all excited and I wasn't aware that he was such a Bills fan but knew he hated the dolphins and I learned his bills love. It had nothign to do with the convo and he jsut threw it in there trying to represent the dumb billiios. Well hope ppl dont bash im just trying to get some movement going into this long offseason.

Where have you been?

Chris Burman (However it's spelled) is the biggest Bills homer in the world.

He's the one that coined the phrase.

I pray for the day he's gone.

I'm so sick of his self-indulgent commentary.......

Him and, Tom Jackson both. I'm so sick of the man-crush they
have for each other. :shakeno:

Yeah no kidding. What rock have you been living under? He picks the Bills to be in the Super Bowl almost every year.

I find it hard to hate him even if he is a Bills fan. Its like hating a harmless grandfather or something.

...the other guys got on him , I thought it was funny. Actually I'm still trying to decide if I interpreted it right, and I am hoping I am, it just seemed they made a joke at his expense.

it's a running joke he's had for years. is not as much of a homer as he is just a guy who enjoys giving a tip of the hat to himself, and the other guys on the broadcast with him. he seems to like every team and every player and every coach.

LOL.

If someone doesn't bow down and worship the Dolphins in the media they're idiots I guess.

Actually Berman grew up a Jets fan...but converted in the 1990's when he started giving Jim Kelly reach arounds...

Well, he did make a good point. Just b/c there is a current trend of Super Bowl losers not making the playoffs the following year, does not mean that there is a connection.

why does he call himself the swami? and he calls himself that? cuz he said something about the swami in that same broadcast but iddnt seem to be tlaking about himself and whats the circle the wagons deal? i nevr understood itbut heard it for years.

In the old Hollywood westerns, the white settlers circle the wagons to defend themselves against attacks by the Indians until the U.S. Cavalry can arrive to rescue them and chase off their assailants.

Berman is a Niners fan too... Bills and Niners.
