C-Pepp on NFL network

Did anyone catch C-Pepp's quick interview on yesterday's segment of NFL access. He stated something about not being as mobile as he was before due to his injury.

C-Pepp needs to start releasing the ball instead of trying to scramble and make a play. Maybe that's part of the reason he's struggling, because he feels he can evade defenders like before.

We don't need him to scramble, alll we need is his strong arm and accuracy.

I hope things trun around in the next 2 weeks, we play Tennesse then Houston. We can possibily go 2-2 and regain some confidence by beating up those 2 teams. The only problem is that we are as bad as they are.

We need to game plan for that then... some quick slants.. run the ball more.. (which we all have been bitching about).. play action more... screens.. anything to take the pressure off him havong to stand there and survey the field.

I don't think I've seen the fins run slants since OJ. Sadly, slants usually do really well.

sadly, there isn't enough time for PA. It's as if they're running a screen on every play w/ all the defenders busting through the line. We should be great at screens.

you people do not understand nfl football u have to have a quick release like marino & be mobile in todays game !!!!! peyton manning is more mobile than cullpepper!!!! thats the problem w/ him not being 100 % START JOEY PLEASE!!!!

If teams are blitzing, you get you TE over the middle, everytime I see McMike catch a pass, its on the sideline.

be realistic. hes not 100%, likely wont be until next season. he has to learn his " new" body and come to grips with how it will affect his style of play. hes going to get comfortable with it, just looks like its going to take longer than 2 games...
