Calling ALL Arm Chair GM's : Where Were You??

Where were all of these arm chair GM's during the off-season when Saban was building his staff??? I wish you guys would have put in your job applications. We'd be much bettrer off today had Saban hired one of you guys. Instead, now we're stuck with Randy Mueller!!!....SHEESH!!!

Man, I actually thought Mueller knew what he was doing. Stupid of me to assume such nonsense!!! We've got some of the best GM's in the NFL right here!!!...

You mean the poster that said Rohan Davey would be signed and Sage or Lemon would be cut was wrong?:lol:
 
Seems to me the Chargers GM hasn't done too badly in his draft selections and his trades....far better so far than the Dolphins. We usually give alot more than the players worth. Beware of GM's baring gifts....or Lemons.

I've been right here waiting by the phone for the call from the Dolphins. While your sarcasm is evident, it's not rocket science. We all knew the Feeley trade with Philly was a bad one. We all knew Eddie Moore, Eric Kumerow, Billy Milner, and John Avery were bad picks. We all knew the Marino pick was a good one. We all knew the Richmond Webb pick would be good. There have been a few surprises over the year, but no more than you'd expect from mere chance.

If we had all the best GM's and scouts in the NFL right here on this board, how come nobody ever mentioned Cleo Lemon?

One guy did a month ago or so, and said Feeley would be traded for him, the Tread was out again today. He nailed it! But was killed when it first came out.
 
Things would be completely turned around if it was originally what I heard it was... AJ Feeley for Cleo Lemon and a 5th round pick, the fact that we gave up a pick and didn't get one in return is the only reason why it's a bit of a questionable move...

Actually a guy started a thread talking about Lemon more that 2 weeks ago.. Totally called the trade.. I believe on the 3rd.
