Ok, I can't take anymore of this. This organization has been full of mediocrity and talentless vagina for so damn long now its pathetic. We need to speak up and speak loudly, all of us, together. I can't be like some here and just be done with my team, I friggan bleed aqua and orange. Can anyone get ahold of ross's email or address?? We need to flood this dudes inbox and mailbox, we need to protest, we need petitions... we need to not renew season tickets, stop buying products... something... SOMETHING has to be done. I don't understand how Ross can be so damn clueless. Its so blatantly obvious what our weaknesses are on the team and staff. How many articles have been written about it? How many people have to discuss it on national tv, we as average fans can see it. There has to be something more. Ireland Prolly caught Ross cheating on his wife or something. Or witness him murder someone over real property. I can't understand why else he keeps him around??????? Are you guys in or what??

I'm in! It's not over! NOTHING IS OVER!.....Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? NO!
And it's not over now! Who's with me?! Lets go! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Stop buying the product because the product sucks, not to send a message.

Revenue Sharing means that even if the stadium is completely empty, Ross can still make money. In fact, at that point it becomes counterproductive as the most economical thing for him to do is cut costs... by retaining a no-name coach with a low salary and not picking up the tab for contracts of guys he just fired.

Write letters? :sidelol:

If he doesn't have his ear to the ground, then writing a letter is going to do nothing but contribute toward a hand cramp for his secretary.

Send letters to his office. Best thing to do would be to get people to ditch their season tickets.

I haven't written a letter in the last 20 years, and I don't plan to start now.

He is gonna keep Ireland cause he wants to keep Philbin, and if he hires a new GM, they would most likely want to choose his coach. He can just wait one more year and either reap the benefits or fire everyone and completely start over. Biggest issue with that is I'm tired of waiting for this franchise to get it right, it's always the same ****, just a different year and different faces. Some people talk about Ireland as if he has done something great, yeah he made the team better, but you can only go up from 1-15. We've been stuck for the last four or five years. Can someone just explain to me when being mediocre became ok?

revenue sharing cannot possibly make up for 100 percent of the loss if it was to happen. no way.

If we're JUST talking about the stadium and not merchandise, etc? I'd be willing to bet that it can. I'm basing that just on the leaked financials for the Panthers from a couple of years ago. Home attendance is kind of stunningly unimportant to overall financial health of the team. Believe it or not, the fact that Ross is still stuck with stadium debt would remain a far bigger problem for the team's financial outlook than a literal empty stadium.

Lobster traps.

Believe me dude. Ross knows exactly how the bulk of the fanbase feels, he just dont care. Which i think is a good quality. But problem is he seems to be committed to the current situation. I dont believe he wants the team to fail, he didnt drop all the money he did to make the team his, just to
make it fail. He really believes we are on the right
, just that we gotta be patient. So that's what he'll do, patiently watch the team waste year after year. Until he cant ignore the failure.
