In college he was successful (ON OFFENSE) with a scrambling QB in Antwaan Randle El.

In the pros hes called successfull offenses with both Brees and Rivers.

Which in conclusion, basically means, he can call an offense for who evers back there.

He's worked with Cleo before, so Cleo should be familiar with his system. It's going to be interesting to see how the QB situation pans out.

Our guys on offense have to be very excited about the possibility of Cam Cameron coming in. They've needed an offensive guru for quite some time now, and maybe after Cam puts his stamp on this offense, we'll start to see what these guys are really capable of.....

I'm stoked about the idea, and I'm sure the players on offense are as well. I know if I were Brown / Chambers, I'd be licking my chops at the the thought of Cameron taking over.....

PHINZ RULE!!!!

Define success, because last I heard, he wasn't that great of a college coach, based on his win/loss record.

If Lemon has any potential, he'll be kept. If Cameron gets rid of Cleo you know he never had any potential. If anyone knows him its Cam. I think daunte is going to have show pocket mobility to be retained. If he's simply Steve McNAIR back there I think Cam will get rid of him. I think he prefers a pocket QB with the mobility to roll out occasionally and the ability to avoid a sack. Cleo seems to have those qualities

If Cam comes in im confident that Culpepper, Ronnie, and Chambers will all have decent if not really good years.

Ronnie Brown mostly. The Chargers run more plays for the runningback's. If I'm Ronnie Brown, I would be thinking "BREAK OUT YEAR IN 2007".

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Cam (He isn't our coach yet) Cameron prefers pocket passers.

The big winners if Cam Cameron takes over will probabaly be Ronnie Brown and Randy McMichael.

Ronnie Brown the obvious one, because Cameron appears to be a little more dedicated to the run, and less likely to try to get cute then either Linehan or Mularkey. He's also got a history of throwing to his runningback, and we've never used Brown to his ability for that.

Randy McMichael is the other big one. He wasnt used right under Saban and Co. He's a guy you want running a post route, not helping block a defender and releasing out into the flat as a safety valve option. When McMichael has been used like Cameron used Antonio Gates, he's produced like an elite recieving end. When he's been used like an old-school tight end, he has sucked.

Also, another winner will probabaly be the fullback. Cam Cameron runs a similiar offense to Norv Turner, which utilizes alot of I-formation plays. I dont know if Darian Barnes is going to be the future here, but I think Miami will certainly look for one if Cameron is hired.

Cameran loves pocket passing quarterbacks. He developed Gus Frerrotte that got Gus a pro bowl in 1997, he develop Drew Brees and he was also the one who developed Phillip Rivers.

Don't be surprised if Cleo Lemon gets the thumbs up under Cam Cameran. Cameran has 1 and a half years experience with Cleo Lemon, and he really liked Cleo. As a matter of fact, he didn't want the Chargers to trade him.

Saban said 1 thing that was correct before vanishing from the dolphins .He said we should look at a qb this year...and another good runner not sure why because ricky will be back and ronnie .I totaly agree with him on qb . We can not count on C-pep.

We've got one, Kyle Eckel!

The SD offense wan based on LT running and a lot of intermediate passing. He tool chances long, but not like Linehan, but more the Mularkey. He seems to like to roll out some. He uses all weapons - RB, FB, TE, All receivers. He also requires a smart QB - one who can read defenses fast.

QBs:
DC: Mobile (when healthy), slow in reading defenses, throws a nice ball
JH: Mobile, Reads Defenses fast, good arm, pushes too much at times, doesn't always place his feet well after moving
CL: Mobile, Reads defenses slow, GREEN, good arm, a lot of questions

All could be successful for Cameron. DC better work on reading defenses better, JH needs to play with more disciplined, Cleo needs to learn.

Which ever one wins the job should do well.
