I'm sure this has been discussed at some point, but how feasible is this? Could the Dolphins eventually put Ricky and Ronnie in the same backfield on first down? have they even hinted at practicing it? mentioned it?

The split T? The offset I?

Two halfbacks is somewhat out of style in the NFL these days, but they are two big backs... Brown has a bit of fullback experience, no? Sure would keep the LBs guessing and running ragged...

Just offering that for discussion... I dunno...

i think it would be a good ideal and i think saban has done his home work on it (2)

i think Ronnie could block for Ricky, and do it well... Ronnie does have that fullback experience. It worked at Auburn - we could line Ricky up at RB and then Ronnie up at FB, we could then get Ronnie going in motion, maybe move him into the slot as a receiver... the possibilities are endless with these two.

Absolutely! I wouldn't expect anything less from Linehan.

dang!!! yes i do live in the states Tennessee:(

Assuming Ronnie stays healthy until RW's comes back for the games versus the Bucs.....I think thats exactly what Saban is going to do. Also if Frerotte or whoever is at the QB position lets defenses know we can pass this is going to be a deadly duo.

I was making a bad joke as to their size. I fish saltwater and fish that small get thrown back to grow up or hooked up for bait. I have never understood the thrill involved in catching a 6 ounce fish.

Man i hope so!! that would be awesome to see. whens the last time u saw two backs of this caliber together in the same play?? it would really screw with the opposing coaches game plan and that would be a HUGE advantage for the fins!! the play possibilities would be endless!!

the reason it is endless is all because of Brown, he's so versitile

Why not? Last season we'd seemed to have the dual QB thing on lock.
