when this happens is it damaging my computer?, i just went on a few minutes ago and my computer was basically freakin out, wouldnt let me close out or anything, just kept loading with errors on page, over and over again, i have trend micro and spyroot, should i still download ad aware?

i have mozilla, but when i use it and go to the miamidolphins.com and try to watch the videos or wqam and try to listen live to the broadcast it tells me i dont have the plugins and to download it... i try but it doesnt work for some reason, iam an idiot i know but do i have to redownload stuff like adobe flash for mozilla as well as having it on internet explorer....so confused
i downloaded it, when i double click the icon and it comes up on my screen it says that the real time monitor is off and the automatic update is off...is that normal? and do you think that this program will cause problems and interfere with webroot spyware and trend anti? soory for all the questions
