What people need to understand about these issues, in my humble opinion, is that these sorts of team culture dynamics -- in a league with a very high degree of physical parity among teams -- are often the difference between underachieving and overachieving.

Two teams could be identical in terms of physical talent, and the one with significantly more positive team culture dynamics is going to whip the other team's ass every day of the week.

We don't know from the article above whether the proposed locker room issues are in fact occurring, but I will say that healthy and optimal locker room dynamics go a long way toward distinguishing some teams from others, and Gase should surely have his finger on the pulse of those issues if he wants to be a successful head coach in the NFL.

If we keep losing it will go to hell, mark it down. Winning cures all ills.

Absolutely nothing to base this on. He writes, “if I was Landry.............”. Get the **** outta here with that.

He can start by drastically improving his offensive game plan. Otherwise, this team will continue to get their asses kicked and eventually he will lose the locker room, and rightfully so at that point.

This is a huge huge huge game for this team. It should be treated as a playoff game. Yes, even in October.

This^^^

Just wait until we are 3-10 and Cutler is still starting and being Cutler.

Thankfully we might catch a break and Cassel will probably start. But, they will come in fired up after that drumming they took.

The article lacks any credibility. That said, I agree w <o> on the importance of team dynamic. Gase had the mojo working last year. It's a big reason why we won all of those close games and had little to do w who the opponents were. Needs to get it going again this year and quick. My concern is the signing of Cuttlefish ruined that dynamic.
