when the REGULAR season schedule is released? Is it released the same time every year?

I would imagine it being released within the next 3 weeks.

My guess is April 13th. Just because last year it was released on April 14th and it seems like they usually release it on Wednesdays. So, to answer you question, about two weeks yet.
