He has shown me a lot in his first year as a head coach. Ability to adjust, creating a culture of next man up, holding players accountable etc. But now he faces the very real possibility of losing his starting QB for the season.

So what do you think he will be able to do? I know he has the ability to make the game plan but do you think he can rally the guys to perform and step up beyond their normal role?

I think that the O-line staying healthy is a big part of it keeping Moore upright and being able to stayed balanced, but I really think the D will have to be stout. The LB core will need to step up big time and we need to get Howard back to just add depth and versatility to our secondary.

Honestly I will think we will have a good idea early next week if he was able to get after the guys to come together and make up the difference.

This week is a great measuring stick for this coaching staff.

The longer since the injury, the more I think we might be OK with Moore. Seeing the guy's reactions with Tannehill, the exchanges, Landry calling Moore a "gunslinger". It's all words but if we're talking about rallying the team, it's pretty obvious to me this team has plenty to rally around.

I think the team WILL rally around Moore and win. Unfortunately, the team we will beat will be the Jets...a team that we probably would have beaten anyway. Question is, will we be emotionally spent when we have to go to Buffalo? Those last 2 games of the year will be really tough.

Well if he makes the playoffs with Moore, the coach of the year award is his.

Being 8-5 with an injured riddled team and holes everywhere already answers that question.

In Gase we trust. But we're gonna have to rely more on our running game now, and we haven't exactly been killing it in that department lately.

Also, our D will need to play MUCH better. They were good today at times, but a lot of it was Palmer being really, really bad.

You know the one person I have zero doubts about rallying the team after losing RT17? It is Gase. He will get the best out of them just as he has for most of the year.

We have a better backup QB than some teams have starting.

We survived the O-line purge.

Scrubtacular LBers

Losing Jones and Misi for the season.

A retired washed up rb.

A concussed TE

We will be all right.

That was said this week after the Ravens loss.

Did I really say that two weeks in a row? Kidding.... I thought people would miss it if I did not edit the post.

After starting 1-4, I'll say Gase has done a damn good job rallying this team considering where we're at right now!

Gonna be hard to beat the guy in Dallas for that award.

I don't know man, many will say he got lucky with the draft. The elite o-line was already there.

But take a 6-10 team and make the playoffs without your starting QB? With a six game win streak thrown in as well as a rebound from 1-4. That says a lot more about the coaching whereas in Dallas it's more about the talent considering Garrett has been there so long already.
