Can Tannehill...?

Did last year not happen?

Better question would be will Ryan get to play in the playoffs in the 2017-2018 season, because I think many of us feel he lead us there last season.

I get he got hurt and Matt Moore had 2 very impressive December divisional road wins . . . .but Ryan was the leader of this team throughout all of it.

I feel that a playoff appearance will depend more on Ajayi's legs than on Tannehill's arm...that is more in line with what I am trying to ask here. (My post sometimes are not well understood; I get the unwanted backlash that is so undeserving.) :-(

Ajayi is great man, but this team goes nowhere last year without the improvements of Ryan Tannehill and the same holds true for this season.

The AP season from a few years ago is the only time in recent memory I can remember a RB literally carrying his team to a playoff berth.

The collection of talent is abundant. Miami is a run-first team, but when asked to make a play, RT has all the weapons. He needs to use the hell out of JT

Because we really needed another Tannehill thread. Several posters have already beat this topic to death the last week.

I missed the last couple Tannehill threads so I'll bite.

I think we should expect more of the same as last year. I get it, he's in year two of the system but I think if Jay can ball out and out Line provides so consistency and shows some slight improvement, we should be at mid season form come game two or three.

It's not a crazy big difference but it's a small advantage that will help us repeat 10-6 or even slightly better. That's all I want from the Boys

Pretty sure Tannehill led them there last year

Okay, so why didn't you ask that?

The game Tannehill gets injured in....he was 15-20, 3tds for almost 200 yards...he was just hitting his stride when the injury happened. I think there were several articles on how the game was slowing down for him. I am excited to see what he does this year...September can't get here soon enough.

I always think that I write down my question in the right way, but I fail to be precise. Only after someone is lost as to what I mean do I see how wrong I phrased my words. Sorry guys. And sorry for yet ANOTHER Tannehill thread.

a&o -

if you want to ask whether tannehill's arm is more a factor in leading us to playoffs than ajayi's legs, then do that.

i dont think the issue is people misinderstanding you. i think they understood perfectly what you asked.

if you ask for milk and someone hands you a glass of milk, they didnt misunderstand you.

There is nothing to misunderstand. You put Tannehill in the thread title and then highlighted the word "finally".
