we did Vs Denver and Carolina, i think if they can we can beat the Chargers. IMO the 2 teams we beat are way better than Chargers. I mean Gus has to have a great game and our Secondary as to play well. If all that said we win and i think we can have a shot at the division, if we lose i guess we are done in the water

thoughts?

IMO, the Chargers are way better than the Broncos and the Cats...

The Denver D and CArolina D is no way comparable to Charger D, Delhomme/Plummer i say Brees is the better QB. and L.T is the better Runner YEs but overall D and O Chargers are in 3rd behind Denver nad CArolina

Have you seen how the Chargers are playing lately? Other than the Washington game, they have played great. They have had a much tougher schedule than Denver and Carolina, so they haven't looked great all season. But they are on a tear right now. We have to play very well to beat them. But I do agree that we can.

Well... like I said... IMO...

Denvers D is fast, but you can pound on it and run right at it... completely negates their effectivness... and if you stop the run, Plummer cannot beat you...

And, if Foster can keep running like he did last week... maybe. But Stephan Davis cant run except on the goalline... Steve Smith has slowed down alot now due to double and triple teams since they have no one else on offense to worry about...

west coast games scare me more than anything. san diego is a tough place to play, and their team won't help our cause

Interesting thought: I'd like to play devils advocate though.

Example 1: SD has #1 rushing defense.

Example 2: SD is 12th overall overall in total defense. Denver23rd.

Example 3: SD was #1 in sacks in NFL till this past weekend and now we're 3rd overall with 38 sacks and Seattle is #1 with 40 sacks. We would still be #1 if Phil. didnt lay an egg on national TV during MNF. (Denver second to last with 18 sacks).

You mean no one else that Delhomme will throw too. Unless its Steve Smith, and now Foster, he takes the sack.

Solution? They draft Steve Smith out of USC. Now Delhomme won't know the difference! :D
 
Oh, and on offense, were #2 in overall scoring in the AFC behind the Colts--behind by 1 point average. Colts avg. 30.5 ppg ; Bolts avg. 29.8

what are you talking about? you just said the chargers had a better D, and that the chargers had a better QB, and RB, and yet the Broncos and panthers are better overall? :confused: Its late and you may be sleep deprived.
